What’s the deal with granola bars? They are good, yes, but why are they so darn expensive? And the certified Gluten Free granola bars? Those boxes are crazy costly! And for what? Some oats and fruit wrapped in preservatives and packaged in cutesy plastic?

With a cupboard already full of ingredients, I decided to make my own Gluten Free granola bars packed with the fruits and nuts I love, and with out any funky ingredients that I can not pronounce.
